The apartments are located in a residential area north of the town centre, directly on the coastal road linking Santa Maria di Leuca to Gallipoli (the latter is approximately 20-24 km away). The structure is located opposite Pazze Island and in the immediate vicinity of the Ugento Coastal Regional Park.
